1. How To Get Quotation 
After browsing our website, if you are interested in some of our products, you can send inquiry here.

When you send inquiry, please kindly send your company and contact information. So, we can recommend appropriate products to you. We are also looking for serious and professional partners. So, we can provide more professional services.
 
2. Payment 
  a. T/T in advance for the following:
   1) new customer
   2) small order or sample order
   3) air shipment
  b. Deposit 50% or 30%, then T/T rest before shipment

  c. Irrevocable L/C at sight, for old customers and volume orders.
 
3. Warranty
 We provide limited warranty. Please kindly refer to our term here.

4. How To Place Order

  b. Send us an online enquiry or by email
  c. We quote and prepare samples if necessary
  d. You confirm the samples and send a pending order
  e. We send you proforma invoice with shipping cost
  f. Confirmed the P/I and Done the Payment
  g. After received the payment bank slip then we arrange production and shipping accordingly
  h. Shipment
 
5.Shipment
 a. For sample order, we use courier like Aramex, DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX...

 b. For running order, sea cargo is the best choice. You can also assign the forwarder to make the transportation.

6. Do You Offer OEM or ODM
Yes. However, we have quantity requirements.
